Impossible Foods rolls out flagship product in Singapore and Hong Kong
It will also be available for delivery in both markets.
Impossible Foods is rolling out its plant-based Impossible Beef for the first time outside the US at nearly 100 PARKnSHOP banner stores across Hong Kong and close to 100 NTUC FairPrice stores in Singapore, according to a press release.
The product will also be available for delivery through parknshop.com in Hong Kong, as well as RedMart in Singapore.
The privately held food tech was founded in 2011 by Patrick Brown, a Professor Emeritus of Biochemistry at Stanford University. Impossible Beef was described to rival ground beef from cows for taste. It was also noted to be kosher, halal, and gluten-free certified.
