US-based franchise Dickey’s Barbecue Pit will open its first Singapore location in the central business district in February, according to a press release.
The family-owned restaurant franchise signed a development agreement with Mavin and Jasmin Singh, owner/operators of the franchise group Texas Smoker, to open the restaurant in the city. It will open as a ghost kitchen outpost for the barbecue brand in Cross Street Exchange.
This comes as the fifth installment of international franchise expansion deals inked by the Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in 2020, following the development agreements for Australia, Japan, Myanmar, and Philippines.
Dickey’s other international flagships include stores in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Egypt, Pakistan, Brazil, and Republic of Georgia.
