Mixed-used retailment space to open in Hong Kong SkyCity

It is expected to have over 800 shops, including at least 120 dining concepts.

New World Development has unveiled its HK$20b mixed-use development project at the Hong Kong International Airport development SKYCITY, which will be a hub for retail, dining and entertainment (RDE), according to a press release.

Operated by K11, 11 SKIES will open in phases from 2022 to 2025. The company expects the development to have over 800 shops, including more than 120 dining concepts.

The development will have a gross floor area of 3.8 million sqft, including 2.66 million sqft dedicated to dining and retail outlets, 570,000 sqft for experiential entertainment facilities, and 570,000 sqft for office space.
