Malaysia's MR.DIY opens 700th store in NU Sentral Mall

The company is also introducing its first store-in-store concept selling toys.

Malaysian home improvement retailer MR.DIY has opened its 700th store in the country at the shopping centre of NU Sentral Mall in Kuala Lumpur, the company announced through a news release.

It is also introducing the first store-in-store concept with MR.TOY. With this, customers can shop for home improvement products at the same time as browsing affordable toys for their children.

To celebrate the milestone, the company is offering discounts on home brand and bestselling items from the Household, Hardware, Electrical, Car Accessories, Sports and Toys category, slashing up to 50%.

It is also organizing on-ground activities such as free umbrella or bath towel promotions, as well as a MR.DIY Buzz Wire Challenge
