Luca Berga has been with Italy-based fashion company, Slowear, for the last 14 years, currently working as the Merchandising Director. He is in-charge of developing the omnichannel and ecommerce product strategy of the company by implementing new processes and organisation design, linking ecommerce, retail, collection development, and supply chain.
Luca is also managing the pricing and developing retail as well as seasonal master order and specific product development. Apart from these, he is also responsible in defining collection briefing and merchandising grids for the company's 4 brands - Incotex, Zanone, Montedoro, Glanshirt.
Being in the retail industry for over 20 years, Luca has worked with multiple companies assisting in the development of procedures for online and offline payment systems, coordinating with multiple departments involved in the supply chain operations, etc.
